On the day of arrival, check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m. Parking the vehicle at the hotel is possible from 10:30 a.m. at the earliest. If you decide to hit the ski slopes on the day of your arrival, we recommend parking at the valley station and then checking in at the hotel.

On the day of departure, the apartment should be released for cleaning by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

In Fiss a local tax of 3.70 euros/person/night is charged for ages 15 and up and is not included in the price.

After booking, a deposit of 30% to 40% is due within 14 days. Details can be found in the booking confirmation. The credit card provided will not be charged and is only used for security purposes.

During the 2025 summer season, a service charge of €6.50 per adult night and €3.25 per child night (born between 2010 and 2018) will be charged for the Super Summer Card. Age-related charges (local tax and Super Summer Card) are always billed based on the actual age at the time of stay and are not included in the price.

During the 2026 summer season, a service charge of €7.50 per adult night and €5.00 per child night (born between 2011 and 2019) will be charged for the Super Summer Card. Prices are set by the Serfaus Fiss Ladis Tourist Board and the cable car company and therefore cannot be changed by the hotel.

The final billing on site can be made in cash, debit card and credit card (except American Express). A bank transfer in advance is also possible.

Towels are provided in the apartment for each person and are changed once a week.

A laundry service is offered at the hotel. A cost contribution of 8 euros will be charged per machine.

We are happy to provide children’s beds and high chairs and can be booked via the wish list after booking.

You can easily purchase ski passes at reception. We would be happy to advise you.

We have a secure, locked storage room for your bike(s).

Pets are allowed at an additional cost. Max. 1 pet per apartment. The pet cannot be left alone in the apartment during the day and can be added during the booking process.

We have several electric charging stations directly at the hotel. You can easily charge your electric vehicle during your stay. Advance booking is not required. You can obtain further information at reception during your stay.
