We – the Walser-Holzer family – know what our guests want: Specifically unforgettable holidays, uncomplicated, individual holidays and a genuine, warm feel-good atmosphere. With decades of experience, a great passion for what we do and the courage to break new ground, we have turned our traditional holiday flats in Fiss into the new Austria Aparthotel. In Serfaus, we have created the new and incomparable Platöll Homes from the traditional holiday home Platöll. Get to know us and our history:
Christine and Ernst Walser start with the shell construction for their “House of Austria”.
We welcome the first guests in our 4 holiday flats in Fiss.
After renovation and extensions we now call the house Austria Apart-Studios Austria.
Ernst and Christine hand over the business to their daughter Sabrina and her partner David.
Great things are in the making. In summer 2019, the extension and conversion will take place, paving the way for “The new cosiness”.
We are opening our new Austria Aparthotel. With 11 holiday flats in Fiss. An underground connection tunnel to the ski slope. Wellness area. Lounge. And an unmistakable, timeless flair.
After decades, David’s parents, Beatrix & Albert, are handing over the business to the next generation.
We’re redesigning the Platöll holiday home and now renaming it Platöll Homes. Seven timelessly elegant apartments in the heart of Serfaus. Cozy and understated, so we don’t steal the spotlight from the view outside your window.
